About Our Business

Pueblo Insurance was founded in 2009 by a father and daughter-in-law team, Bill Graham and Deborah Marino, who brought a wealth of experience to the agency with a combined 35 years in the insurance industry at the time. Bill had formerly worked for a “Captive” carrier and Deborah had been employed with an independent agency in Denver, providing them both with a foundation of knowledge to serve the Pueblo community by starting their own independent agency.

While Bill has since retired, his vision and commitment to the community continue to inspire us. Deborah, with nearly 30 years of individual expertise, now leads Pueblo Insurance in offering personalized solutions for every customer. Our agency has grown significantly over the years, now including an in-office customer service representative, Nikki, who shares the same passion for outstanding service.

Deborah is the Owner and Co-founder of Pueblo Insurance. which she and her Father-in-law started in 2009, after being in the industry since 1996. With a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado, Deborah was able to develop critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills that aid in her ability to provide knowledgeable and personable assistance to all for her clients. She is a Denver native but moved to Pueblo in 2002 with her husband who was born and raised here. Raising her three children in Pueblo had her attending everything from football games at Dutch Clark stadium, to dance recitals at Memorial Haill. Now she enjoys spending time with her adult children and her two fur babies. She enjoys all the arts that Pueblo has to offer, including continuing to support a local dance school and attending recitals, candlelight concerts at the Sangre de Cristo arts and conference center, and many other dance competitions and concerts throughout town. With her 28 years of experience in the industry, Deborah truly enjoys helping the community better navigate their insurance needs, and mentoring others in the agency. She also continues to value her staff and all her clients and will always strive to provide not only a great insurance experience, but to do it by focusing on her clients as people and not just another policy.

Nikki is a licensed insurance agent. Her background is in communications and customer service, with an associate’s degree in mass communications. Nikki continues to add to her knowledge of all things insurance and is beyond excited to help you. She spends her personal time with her husband and three children. Nikki’s children have kept her busy, attending dance recitals at Memorial Hall, Volleyball games at the Pueblo YMCA, Baseball at Runyon field and even band, and concert recitals for both their elementary and middle schools. She still enjoys simple pleasures like her visits to the local library, and playing any sport or game, her siblings, nieces and nephews can rope her into. Being a Pueblo native, Nikki is invested in improving the people in this community’s insurance experience, though striving to maintain the agency’s focus on customer service.
